Job RESPONSIBILITIES- •Complete ownership & Planning of certification activity based on certification requirements of various existing & new products including technical evaluation and review.•Provides direction & coaching to the Supervisors in the areas of: o Business strategy o Annual goals for CC o Procedural Direction, o Systems Issues, o Policy Clarification•Establishment of Quality management System i.e, Manual, Procedure, Template etc.•Maintenance of the Company QMS & the Certification Center’s compliance to the IFIA-CBCA Code of Practice and relevant standards (e.g, ISO 17020, ISO 17065)•Monitors team\'s quality & timely execution of technical Certification center activities (e.g, performing core PCA tasks, handling technical queries, resolution of technical cases including preparation of PCA position papers)•Carrying out inspections as per Various Country National and International standard & documentation of the same.•Ensures that the procedure for the attention of Claims and Complaints is followed by assigned staff; by doing random revision of the cases ensures it were duly investigated.•Prepare Training plan & Detects training needs among staff members ensuring that every Conformance Analyst (CA) & Technical Coordinator (TC) is duly prepared to perform in the most adequate way all tasks under his/her responsibility.•Submits reports (e.g, daily, weekly, monthly) covering team performance against production and quality goals, concerns or need for clarification on procedures and systems.•Evaluates & records the performance appraisal of each of the team member on or before due date & Plans & monitors the actual manpower of the team. •Conduct Internal Audit & Management Review Meeting every 6 months.•Assist the Sales & Business development team by participating in the business and technical meetings.•Reports to management any breach of integrity, solicitation for, or offer of, an improper payment or advantage coming his/her knowledge.
