I am MBA graduate with wide territory experience in South, Mumbai & East part of India in Banking & Asset management industry over 18 years plus. Currently leading team more than 150 member team & have vast experience in driving sales, channel management, strategic alliance, recruitment, tie ups with distribution channels & creating leaders among team in region at HDFC AMC. Prior to current role I worked with Franklin Templeton in Mumbai at individual role for close to 3 years & cluster head for Andhra Pradesh for about 4 years & Bangalore at individual role for 5 years plus time period. FT has given leadership opportunity to head state & understanding on team leading skills, budgeting, marketing & driving sales at different level. I have been awarded with an opportunity of spending time with our top management in San Mateo, California.
