About Prashant K. Chauhan
I am a Ph.D. Research Scholar in Cyber Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow, with an academic specialization in cybercrime regulation, artificial intelligence governance, digital rights, and emerging technology law. My research primarily focuses on the intersection of technology, criminal law, and digital governance, particularly examining the regulatory challenges associated with cybercrime in India.I have authored several research papers addressing contemporary legal and technological issues, including artificial intelligence and cybercrime, platform accountability and digital human rights, generative AI and intellectual property, access to justice and legal aid, as well as cybersecurity governance and related legal frameworks.Alongside my research work, I am actively engaged in academic writing, legal content writing, book and article reviewing and legal research activities, and presenting papers at national conferences and seminars.
