On the fund side, I lead capital calls, distributions, investor onboarding, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and fund governance. I work closely with domestic and international LPs on operational, tax, and reporting matters. On the investment side, I manage the external diligence process post-investment committee approval, coordinating with financial, legal, and commercial diligence advisors. I also work on the structuring of investment transactions, including the drafting, negotiation, and execution of transaction documentation such as Share Subscription Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, and related investment documentation. My work regularly involves structuring investment transactions, negotiating legal documentation with founders and co-investors, and ensuring regulatory alignment under SEBI AIF regulations and FEMA frameworks.
