With over 26 years of rich experience in logistics and distribution, supply chain management, and 3PL management, I am a seasoned SCM expert and leader. I currently head the integrated electronics supply chain operations for Reliance Digital and Jio Operations for South and East region, overseeing end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of the logistics network. In my previous role as Assistant Vice President - Supply Chain Management at Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, I was responsible for SCM structuring and strategy, distribution, last mile delivery, warehousing and WMS, procurement and inventory management, vendor development, customer services, process standardization and cost optimization, cold chain operations, food safety and compliances, and SCM budgeting and AOP. I have successfully implemented cost-saving measures, analytical assessments, and effective solutions to achieve reduction in terms of logistics cost and enhance customer satisfaction. I am also an effective communicator and an astute leader, with exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to motivate and empower my team members and stakeholders.
