Siemens have their own environment which one should be quickly able to understand and start working in. It has a complete in-house softwares that are used in workflow. My senior says that fresher or experienced both are same here because everything is new. This domain is also new to me. In starting it felt unproductive but eventually with guidance of seniors and faith of my manager in me was able to quickly understand the environment and, work on client escalations defects. So understanding new domain along with new environment is alot of learnings and a whole new experience.
