My role sits at the intersection of aligning executive vision with execution. I\'m strategic partner to regional and global leadership, and am responsible for shaping and aligning go-to-market priorities across regions. I work closely with senior executive teams and cross-cultural partners to create alignment, establish governance, and ensure strategic initiatives are mobilised and executed. My focus is on enabling senior leadership to stay anchored to the strategic vision while navigating complexity — bringing together the right people, frameworks, and conversations to keep priorities moving and outcomes connected across functions and geographies.

ABOUT PRASHANIE DHARMADASA
Over the last 20 years I have worked across EMEA, LATAM and APAC, operating in leadership roles where strategy execution, governance and leadership intersect. This experience has given me a rare dual-hemispheric fluency: Global North institutional credibility gained across two decades inside major corporate, diplomatic and policy institutions, combined with Global South cultural intelligence and an insider understanding of the political, social and development realities that multilateral work exists to address. Having served as Chief of Staff and Senior Programme Manager for EMEA & LATAM, my work has centred on close collaboration with global C-suite and regional executive teams to translate global strategy into regional execution, drive accelerated commercial growth, provide C-level advisory, and facilitate coordination with government and multilateral partners where commercial and diplomatic priorities often intersect. I also led the execution of go-to-market strategy across EMEA and LATAM, focusing on investment decisions, aligning cross-functional delivery, and building the stakeholder trust needed to turn ambition into action. I am also the Founder and Managing Principal of SORAA3, a venture I built to solve a problem I saw time and again. Strategy often falls short not because of a lack of ambition or talent, but because relationships, governance and decision-making are misaligned. After years advising C-suite leaders across global businesses, senior diplomatic officials and multilateral institutions, I wanted to create something more focused, more practical, and built for real-world impact. My unquenchable interest in geopolitics and international relations has also led me to become an active member of Chatham House, where I can often be found participating in diplomatic, defence, humanitarian and policy discussions. Outside of my professional work, my love of martial arts, particularly Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and Kung-Fu, helps keep both my mind and body sharp.
