Ensures the tasks are completed in timely manner by Crewing Officers. Ensures proper shift handover to the management and staff. Manages the work performance of direct reports to meet the company standards. Key user of FOS system and provides feedback for continuous improvement. Ensures integrity of all systems, data and settings within the work area.
