A professional CXO with core mission towards development of Social enterprises. An alumnus from IIT- Kharagpur & IIM Kolkata, Fellow of University of Melbourne and MDP from Harvard Business School. Since January\'2018, spearheading SkillSonics India, adapting Global Gold standard Swiss Vocational Education & Training for India.Success track for 20+ years as CXO and P&L head in Fortune 500 organizations and Global service providers. Built from scratch new service organizations in India and Malaysia and established new engagements across SE Asia and Australia. I bring on board multi industry learning encompassing the manufacturing, shop floor operation and project management experience, customer centricity and global service maturity of IT industry and field execution of Education and Skill sector in India, Malaysia and Australia.My initial two decades spanned across India, US and Malaysia and in FMCG Industries – with ITC Ltd & Coca Cola India, IT & ICT Industry – with Tech Mahindra (Satyam) and Apollo HealthHiway.Since 2011, I have been spearheading social enterprises, towards SDG attainment in Education, Skill training and livelihood enhancement. Co-founded an organistaion which built innovative \'alternative pedagogy\' based complementary education programs for school children. As head of NSDC partner companies and partner to Sector Skill Councils (SSC), I integrated Skilling chain and scale enterprises. Recipient of the prestigious ‘Emerging Leaders’ Fellowship’ from ‘University of Melbourne’ in 2013, I supported Australian Govt. and Tertiary education providers towards building their India engagement strategy. During 2016-17, led organisational transformation of a National Not-for-profit organisation to make direct impact to lives every year, expanded their operational footprint to 7 new states and enhanced corporate donor CSR contribution by 150%. Since January’18, I lead SkillSonics, a Swiss Vocational Education organistaion. SkillSonics works extensively with Global and national manufacturing and engineering organisations towards workforce training and upskilling and impact CSR interventions. SkillSonics has undergone rapid growth and a complete turnaround is underway.
