In-depth expertise in molecular and cellular pharmacology and in vitro assay development and screening technology across a broad range of target receptor classes. More than 15 years of bench work experience in various cell-based in vitro functional assays and molecular biology/biochemical/biophysical techniques. Trained in identifying gut-microbial metabolite receptor targets and screening small molecules that target host GPCRs (Using PRESTO-Tango GPCR library that measures receptor activation for more than 300 GPCRs).
