Preparing daily basis E-way bills & Party’s multi vehicles E-way bills. Good communication skills with the vendors & good contact & Source of vendors for operations related works. Monitoring the daily despatch to the distributors & checking the bills of transporters. Monitor daily basis Invoicing & Controlling Transportation & Dispatch activity to more than 200 No’s Distributors. Everyday prepare stock report of Godown & send to the senior management. Handling all the Distributor’s transporter’s problem & Prepare transport Performance Report. Handling damage claims of the Distributors & Insurance claim Report & Tracking. Dispatch planning and co-ordination with sales department. Generate & Editing the Invoices by SAP system according to loading Slip. Operating all SAP System & MS office, Internet & fundamentals of computer etc. New Vendor Appointment for company who give good serve our distributors & so that the company is benefited. Prepare Monthly MIS Report regarding logistics & provided all information to the senior management in time. Maintain good relation with the Senior Managers, Sales Managers, Sales officers & the Distributors of the company. In every month stock counting occurs on any particular item & we submit the stock counting report. When orders come and the materials are not available then we discuss with the production people. Checking the bill of the materials that going godown or come. Checking GST return of the transporters. We have to do POD checking. Delivers items to customers by verifying orders. keeping track of all FG Goods received and dispatched through the Warehouse Tracker.
