Develop detailed understanding of platform vendor\'s out-of-the box (OOTB) digital solutions applicable to the EAVD function• Facilitate configuration of vendor OOTB digital solutions and refinement of NPD processes & ways of working in conjunction with relevant stakeholders• Own business process and workflows; develop and present business case for customizations (if any – post discussions with relevant stakeholders)• Act as a liaison b/w Mahindra and vendor (platform, SI) to guarantee high-quality deliverables and adherence to Mahindra’s project standards• Identify and address potential risks/ bottle necks, ensuring project adherence to timelines through effective mitigation strategies and stakeholder coordination• Sign off on UATs for finalized vendor soln. roll out; ensure sign off of business processes from respective functional leaders and sponsors• Ensure effective user training, evaluate system performance and incorporate user feedback to drive digital solution adoption across users• Document issues, associated learnings and best-practices for applicable vendor digital solutions to enable continuous process improvements• Own PMO & end-to-end implementation of relevant vendor digital solutions for a given platform; ensure adherence to KPIs & roll out in future programs
