Job Responsibilities as a Recruiter:• Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment and placement for the requirement given. • Gathering requirements from Hiring /Account managers/clients.• In detail analysis and differentiating the requirements.• Extensive use of Internet recruiting tools of various job boards for Sourcing optimal profiles, like Naukri, Internal database, references, social networking(Linked-in, Facebook etc.) • Screening the profiles and communicate to the potential candidates about the requirement.• Conducting preliminary discussion with candidates to ascertain their competencies,skills and aspirations (based on work, domain, position, salary and relocation etc.)• Sharing optimal profiles with the Hiring Manager/clients and get the shortlists. • Fix the appointment with the managers & Interview co-ordination. • Candidate’s follow-up, maintain healthy relationship till the joining. • Uploading and updating internal database and generating reports.• Deftly known for sourcing & reaching targets.
