ABOUT PRASANTH SADINENI

With over 10 years of extensive experience in various ServiceNow modules, I have honed my skills in ITSM modules, end-to-end development and customization of Incident, Problem and Change management applications, and maintenance of Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles. I\'m an expert in creating Access Control Lists (ACL) on Fields level, column level, and Table Level, and customizing Forms using UI policies, Client scripts, Business Rules, UI scripts, and script includes. My experience also includes importing data from various tools to ServiceNow using import sets and aligning the data into respective ServiceNow tables by using transform maps and mapping assist. I have worked with cross-platform teams to groom requirements and provide solutions for their requirements. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in web development using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.I have designed solutions to implement and use of Integration Hub and have functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM). I have also worked on LDAP integration, MID-server installations, and configuration. My experience extends to ServiceNow Core HR Applications and Employee Service Centre - Users, Groups, Skills, Roles, Assignment Rules, HR Services, HR Catalog Items, Record Producers, and HR Service Portal Branding.My expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation includes HR Profile, Case, and Knowledge Management. I have also developed custom and scoped applications in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide API\'s, Web Services, HTML, and CSS. My focus is always on ensuring SLAs are achieved according to Incident, Problem, and Change Management Processes.
