Review/comment on the ITP, Project Quality Plan, Project Execution Plan & other project procedures documents submitted by PEC / PMC/TPA• Supervise contractor and subcontractors, on behalf of the TPI to carry out inspection/monitor and ensure compliance with project specific QA/QC requirements such as SOW (Scope of Work), project specifications, inspection procedures, checklists, ITPs, MOS, etc.• Provide QA/QC and inspection requirement to contractors and subcontractors at all stages of the projects for the specific discipline.• Performing in-depth internal audit at the site as per Project Quality Plan (PQP)• Monitor the tasks of the inspectors ((TPA) involved in day-to-day inspection activities with requirements of applicable codes.• Arrangement weekly meeting and training, program coordinate with inspection agencies. Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site.• Monitoring of all types of Construction materials as per approved supplier and Project requirements and its storages as per the manufacturer instruction.• Review all Construction drawings to ensure that they contain the necessary Quality related requirements prior to release for construction.• Review the certifications regarding element mixes, ASTM test, chemical analysis, grain size analysis related to QA/QC inspections.• Samples from new materials and providing it to the Laboratories for testing and analysis examining the report for ensuring optimum quality of materials
