Part of the Solution Architect team to involve in the Connect Direct Requirements and identify the best solution to the application setup • Work in different projects by gathering the Connect Direct requirement from the Infrastructure Project Manager and configure based on them. • New installation of Connect Direct • New configuration of Connect Direct nodes. • Secure+ configuration on both UNIX and Windows. • Working on the Incidents and Problems raised in the HP SM7 for the BAU activities. • Identifying different risks as a part of the Risk Management and working out plans to mitigate them. • Working with IBM about the cases-raised for some unusual issues identified within the team and following up the same. • Identifying the servers that are with outdated Connect Direct software and scheduling plans to upgrade them to the latest version. • Small scripts to check if the files are transferred on the specified date. • Removal of Connect Direct nodes where the servers are decommissioned. • Applying maintenance patches for different Connect Direct nodes. • Updating the term licenses with new non expiring licenses in line with the policy of the Bank. • Working on Connect Direct processes to fix the bugs in the code. • On-call cover for the BAU activities out of business hours. • Project lead for the offshore team and is the point of contact for all the technical queries. • Responsible for all the OMI and PMR related deliverables as a lead. • Formed the whole offshore team after the team was moved to offshore including the transition, recruitment and the KT phases for a smooth transition.
