ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES: Project Management: • NTP Analyze and Upload the same in IFM Tool & CUP Server. • Creating WP (Work Package) for the SITE ID (T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint) • Swap between the suppliers as per the request from PM’S (Supplier Swap) • Cancellation of PO’S and assign New PO’S to Supplier’s (PO Trigger) • Checking the PO Details using Syncro Tool. • Actual date, WI Notes update in IPM Tool. • Update the daily tracker and Also in Cronos Tool. • Company Change Request as per PM’s Confirmation. Vendor Management: • Daily Meeting Reports circulate to vendor managers based on the region to conduct meeting with suppliers. • Create access (Tool access-IFM, IPM) for the vendors based on the request by Manager’s • Site closeout (SCO) reports send to suppliers contains SITE ID, Work Description, Payment date, PO’S and SPO Values, suppliers sign off the document and same uploaded in the IFM Tool. • If any dispute in the SCO Report, we should check and solve the issue within 48 hours. Integration: • Assign Tilt Values (RET) based on the document from customer end(TMO). • Check the alarm for 48 hours before handover the site to the customer end. • If alarm exist within 48 hours, we should recheck the site and solve issues. • The same site moved to Alarm team to monitor it for 2 to 15 days. • Validate the SCOP Documents (SITE Images) and upload in IFM Tool. Certification: • Completed Certification on ITIL V3 FOUNDATION
