RF Market Lead AT & T South Texas Market. Currently leading the 5G NSA deployment for the market. Identify sites within the market that have existing LTE equipment (Baseband/Radios) which are 5G ready equipment to accelerate deployment. Implemented 5G in DSS (Dynamic Spectrum Sharing ) and Mixed Mode configuration to accelerate the 5G deployment for the operator with the current spectrum holding. Performed extensive log analysis of 5G drive test logs to troubleshoot ENDC failures, Retainability, Time ON NR and accessibility issues. Also Lead the LTE Pre-launch and Post-launch activities within South Texas market. Worked closely with construction and integration teams to track site readiness, alarm clearing etc. Perform parameter audits and newly integrated carriers and align/implement any discrepancies. Perform log analysis using the drive test data for new carriers to identify sector swaps, transmission imbalance and other KPI issues on the site. Monitor the launched LTE carriers to make sure they are taking traffic and not having KPI degradations.
