My goal is to transform our L&D function from a traditional cost center into a strategic engine for business growth and individual potential.Key initiatives and accomplishments include: Pioneering Future-Proof Careers: Architected and launched a company-wide reskilling initiative, leveraging AI-driven platforms to map career pathways for thousands of employees. This program places a special emphasis on empowering our mid-career professionals to adapt and thrive in the age of AI. Spearheading AI Fluency (In Progress): Currently leading the design and rollout of a new \'AI Fluency\' initiative. This critical program is being developed to equip our leaders and employees with the skills to leverage AI tools responsibly, drive innovation, and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. Developing Leaders for Tomorrow: Reimagined our leadership development programs to cultivate the core competencies needed for the future of work: empathy, digital acumen, and resilience.
