I am a Chartered Accountant and Commerce Graduate with 15+ years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Tax, International Tax, and Transfer Pricing. My professional journey spans Managerial roles at PwC and KPMG, where I spent a decade advising multinational clients across diverse sectors, including automotive, IT/ITES, telecom, pharma, trading, and staffing etc. I currently work with M2K, where I focus on providing strategic tax advisory, regulatory guidance, and transfer pricing solutions. My areas of expertise include inbound and outbound structuring, transaction structuring, business model design, and global mobility etc.I have extensive experience in managing tax and TP compliance, assessments, certifications, and appellate representation, including matters before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). I have also collaborated closely with Counsels, including Senior Counsels, on complex tax litigation.I was awarded the prestigious FIT Fellowship by the Foundation of International Tax for both 2018 and 2019. I regularly speak at ICAI, BCAS, CTC and IFA Study Group. I have contributed thought leadership through articles on contemporary tax issues and also a Joint feature contributor in the Journal published by the Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society. I contributed to the book on ‘Demystifying Section 194R’ published jointly by Taxsutra and CTC.
