   Accountable for engineering, operations, and project delivery within the Monitoring Engineering division of GETS (Global Enterprise Technology Solutions).Overseeing Development Engineering and managing Monitoring & Observability tools, including SiteScope, Dynatrace, Splunk, CRIBL, NetScout, DXNetOps-Spectrum, EDA, Edge Dashboard, and IBM AIOps, for the entire ADP infrastructure.Key Activities include ensuring 100% monitoring coverage for hosts, all issues reported by monitoring tools rather than by users or clients. All alerts are routed through the alert aggregation tool (IBM AIOps) and are then ticketed accordingly. Leading a crucial resiliency initiative for the Monitoring & Engineering portfolio, focusing on aspects such as eliminating single points of failure (SPOF), maintaining hygiene, managing configurations, assessing vendors recommendation, and overseeing monitoring.Achieved $200K in savings by processing 560TB of data logs through CRIBL Stream nodes, resulting in a 32.78% reduction, which is approximately 184TB of logs.Achieved nearly $4M in cost avoidance by migrating an additional 13TB of logging data from on-premises systems to the SaaS cloud.Defined the cloud monitoring strategy by conducting a proof of concept (POC) for metrics, logs, and alarms, aimed at tracking the performance and operational health of the cloud environment.Successfully implemented IBM AIOps 4.6.1, delivering new upgraded features with a more robust infrastructure and leveraging advanced AI algorithms, including Seasonal, Temporal, Scope, and Temporal analyses.Responsible for delivering Governance reports at various frequencies on all ongoing Programs and Initiatives to the Senior Leadership Team.
