Work closely with account managers, clients, or hiring managers to gather detailed job requirements.Clarify technical and non-technical skills, experience levels, work authorizations, and compensation expectations.Use tools like Ceipal, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, and internal databases for sourcing and to identify qualified candidates.Apply Boolean search techniques to target resumes accurately.For IT roles: Focus on tech skills and for Non-IT roles: Source for healthcare, finance, admin, manufacturing, etc.Conduct phone/video interviews to assess technical proficiency (for IT) or domain-specific knowledge (for Non-IT).Ensure candidates meet US work eligibility requirements (e.g, H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD).Educate candidates on client-specific compliance policies.Format resumes to match client preferences.Submit profiles to clients or through VMS/MSP portals with all necessary details (rate, availability, location, etc.).Prepare candidates with relevant interview insights and collect feedback post-interview.Negotiate salary/hourly rates, start dates, and terms of employment or contracts.Update candidate records and track status in ATS/CRM systems.Develop strong relationships with passive and active candidates.
