AMAZON PRIME AIR is Vehicle/Drone Manufacturing project and using DELMIA Apriso to manage their Prodcution and Quality operations on the shop floor. These drone will be used for delivering packages which are ordered via Amazon.com. I am leading the development team to deliver/enahnce user requirements and consult for better usage of MES for their project. Handling tasks right from start to end with User Requirements – Epic Creation – Estimation – Detail Designing- Sprint Planning – Slicing Epic into Stories – Assigning & Validating Team’s Development – Creation & Validation of Test Rails – Leading Deployment – Supporting Issue Management Team. They upgraded to newest version of Apriso, and the entire MES development is done using Complex Assembly.
