Tasked with managing a multi-million-dollar budget and ensuring adherence to strict timelines, I successfully coordinated with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, and owners, to deliver a 25-story highrise structure. My responsibilities encompassed comprehensive project management tasks such as facilitating RFIs, managing submittals, overseeing schedules, implementing change management processes, securing permits, addressing owner expectations, and handling contract administration. Through meticulous attention to detail and effective communication, I navigated challenges and optimized project outcomes, contributing to the successful delivery of Skye on 6th and enhancing my expertise in the construction industry.Palm Tower - 29 Story High Rise - February 2023 - PresentAs a Project Engineer for the Palm Tower high-rise project, I held a multifaceted role that included coordinating design items with the design team, managing owner expectations, and attending cost report review meetings. Additionally, I was responsible for handling meetings, schedule management, change management, RFIs, submittals, permits, owner billings, and contracts. Working from midway-up, I leveraged my expertise to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all scopes of work. Furthermore, I gained valuable insights into cost projections and contributed to cost management strategies, enhancing my proficiency in project management.
