Proficient in bioinformatics tools, I handle software for DNA sequencing, RNA sequencing, and proteomics data analysis.In addition, my expertise extends to the design and development of rapid nucleic acid extraction kits, with knowledge of regulatory requirements. I excel in primer designing, RT-PCR kit development, and bioinformatics data analysis. Experience in conventional clinical sampling, laboratory assays (RT-PCR, Immunoelectrophoresis, ELISA), and basic histopathology tests further enrich my skill set. I am adept at maintaining sterilization equipment, EVS monitoring, IPQC inspections, and conducting sterility testing for newly designed kits.Previously, as a Laboratory Technician at VRDL in Solapur (July 2020 – June 2021), I processed over daily samples for COVID-19 detection through extraction and RT-PCR. Skilled in molecular techniques, I conducted real-time PCR for viral and bacterial infections, including MTB sample testing. My responsibilities encompassed accurate data entry, clinical microbiology rounds, and adherence to SOPs for sample preparation in genome sequencing.
