To commemorate my 10-year anniversary at eClinicalWorks and to build on my ability to close high-priority gaps across technology and product lines based on industry trends, in April 2021, I transitioned to a new ‘Health Center’ vertical created in the Business Development Team. Created with the sole objective of focusing on health centers, my daily role as the first team member in this new team involves the following- •Developing and executing strategies for Health Centers with little to no oversight and budgets from $50K to $40M. •Engaging customers and partners to highlight the value of adopting various product lines while leveraging grants and executing strategies that result in shepherding prospects through the sales process in collaboration with the management team. •Conducting user groups, webinars, and non-billable onsite visits to articulate the product road map regarding relevant industry trends, new enhancements, & features in the EMR along with impact to customers and partners while collaborating & influencing various cross-functional teams. •Creating a strong partnership with C-level executives with a strategic focus on the Healthcare IT (Payer and Provider) Industry.
