Internationally experienced BIM Leader with over 25 years in the construction industry, specializing in digital transformation, design management, and BIM implementation across the Middle East, Europe, Canada, Australia, and the U.K. As a founding member of Multiplex Construction Middle East’s R&D team, played a pivotal role in implementing BIM processes from 2009, leading iconic projects such as Qatar National Library, Masdar HQ, and ICD Brookfield Place, while providing BIM consultancy internationally.In 2018, joined Roberts Constructions, implementing a paperless construction workflow at the VIDA UAQ project, managing the full construction-stage design process through BIM, enabling real-time updates via mobile devices and eliminating the need for printed drawings.Upon returning to India, co-founded Roberts Design Services (RDS), assembling and growing a team initially of over 20 BIM professionals to support Roberts Constructions’ projects in Europe and the Middle East. Over six years, the team has expanded to over 100 resources and RDS has evolved into an independent service provider, successfully serving clients across France, Australia, Serbia, and the Middle East. Additionally, co-founded Vrittam Design Services in Dubai, offering BIM consulting, design development, and approvals support.Holds BSI BIM Professional certification (first Indian batch), serves as a speaker at Autodesk forums and construction technology conclaves, and is an active member of BIM Leaders forums in India. Contributed as a visiting faculty at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) in Dubai, teaching Construction Information Systems.
