Activities like inward/incoming inspection, supplier rating, supplier process audit, suppliercomplaint, supplier PPM, supplier development activities, gauges calibration, instrumentscalibration, Weld penetrations for weld of supplier incoming parts for welding validation.1) Supplier Quality Assurance & Development (RM SS,HR,CR & Powder coating, HDG, EDcoating,child press and bending parts, Plastic & Fasteners, job work Suppliers)2) Improve, Monitor and Report Suppliers Performance by monthly supplier ratings.3) Supplier Upgradation & Development by Supplier Product, Process & System Audit andAssessment and New supplier evaluation.4)Perform Data Analysis and Issue Reports on supplier performance to ensure suppliermeet and Maintained Expected Quality Level.4) Resolve Non-conformance issues with supplied materials and follow up with suppliersfor completion of Corrective and Preventive Actions by 8D.5) Receiving inspection, in process inspection & final inspection and weld penetrations forweld of supplier incoming parts for welding validation as per welding standards.6) Checking and Verification of suppliers MTC And PDI reports and to give approvalaccordingly in SAP system for Job Work and GRN.7) To find out the Root Cause on internal and customer rejection and take correctiveaction with the help of 7-Quality Tools.8) To plan Heat code wise RM testing at NABL lab for RM verification and Testing andmake documentation record for RM Traceability.9) To plan supplier audits and complete as per plan and follow up until action closures.10) Responsible for continual improvement actives kaizen & to enhance the quality andTaking part in APQP process for development parts also To conduct Production Trial Runof New developed parts at supplier end11)Calibration activity looks out with outsider NABL approved agency and maintainedrecords for instruments and gauges.12) PPAP documents review & PSW approval.
