Currently working in CEG as a site engineer - Track.Flash butt weld - 1) Review of planning of Track activities from consultant side submitted by contractor.2) Responsible for the inspection of Flash butt weld including tollerence checking and Laboratory frequency tests, initial test of flash butt weld.• Lab test including Hardness test, Transverse test, USFD test, Macro test and Micro test on flash butt weld. •Involved in RDSO audit of FBW machine.•Responsible for the checking of Flash butt weld data as on machine record.•Responsible for the review documents of flash butt welder competency certifucation process from GC side.Rail - 1) Handing over Rail to contractor with quality check. FAT - Turnouts1) Switch portion -Responsible for Factory Acceptance Test for switch portion in turnout at Vossloh cogifer at Hyderabad. Performed and verified all the tests as well as review of documents as per Approved ITP 2) Crossing -Responsible for factory acceptance test for the crossing in turnout at Vossloh beekay casting Ltd. Bhilai, Chhatisgarh. Performed and verified all the tests as well as review of documents as per Approved ITP. 3)Baseplate (Pandrol Fastening systems 13145 & 21166 )- at crescent Foundry, Vadodara, Bharuch, Gujrat4)Anchor studd with Nyloc nut (Pandrol Fasening systems 13145 and 21166)- at Rahee infratech Ltd. Kolkata West BengalResponsible in Handing over Viaduct to Track contractor on behalf of MMRDA/Consultant.Track construction activity - 1)Responsible for checking of the track parameters before casting as per data sheet and drawing.2)Responsible for Turnout Checking before casting.3)Responsible for checking For Final parameters and rear works of TrackResponsible for the Trail run, structural gauge measurements with structure guage as per SOD. Witnessed the CEN test which is Necessary to assess the long term performance of the fastening system at LADICIM, University of Cantabria, Santander, Cantabria, Spain.
