Managing, coordinating and monitoring day to day operations of Accounts Receivable (OTC) department for US stakeholders.Generate invoices per contract, and timely send them via email or upload them to the customer portal, and manage EDI rejections. Coordinate with customer support, understand the concern, and explain the procedure and requirements to resolve billing and cash application disputes.Applying incoming payments to respective customer accounts, and performing customer and ledger clearing wherever credit notes or claims are raised, as per sales requirements. Creation and implementation of strategies to increase the number of successful collections on past due invoices and increase penetration of accounts. Monitor receivable aging reports, and implement proactive measures for overdue accounts. Drive achievements for collection targets, manage Day Sales Outstanding (DSO), and minimize bad debt reserve.Identify gaps in AR process and contribute to improvement in projects by proposing enhancements in tools and working on continuous improvement of process.Assist in resolving escalated discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Lead a team of billing, cash application and collection agents.Set and monitor performance targets for the team through KPI. Train agents on collection activities via calls and emails to recover past dues and handle escalation calls or whenever customer seeks supervisory intervention. Review/approve bad debts write off requests. Monitor delinquency rates and coaching collectors on ways to decrease their delinquency rates. Coordinate across teams like Sales, Customer Support, FP & A, IT Ops, etc, to resolve disputes and ensure smooth operations.Identify and lead automation projects.Provide performance assessment for staff employees and represent coaches during appraisals.Prepare the Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR)
