Managed handling technicians on-site for all field related assistance for setting up services, grants of local administration for work approvals to installing services in a smooth manner to assisting customers in setting up their services and and delivering customer enquiries and issues in the best possible experience for 6 years.Moved to Banking domain for better opportunities and new challenge in the European Market. Worked for one of the leading banks in North West Europe banking sector. Handled Corporate Finance and Revenue related actions whenever required with strong team of people to work with strong skills and experience in banking industry. Elevated myself as per Client requirements, worked with best mentors and peers and upgraded myself to get into Domain and Unit Level activities such as Revenue Projections, Resource Management with company certified Vendors. Also dived in, new role for Crisis Management Role as Lead for the relevant project for a good time period.Currently handling project of National Importance as Governance Risk and Compliance Lead and for Audits as new role since Feb 2023.Have been successfully managing current role with strong experience from different industry and having previously worked in domains such as BPO, BFSI, Growth Markets till date, it gives me immense strength to now single handedly look into multi dimensional roles as per my project requirements as per AGILE technology.
