ABOUT PRASAD LAHANE

I bring over 13 years of experience working with Khed City, one of the most prominent integrated industrial developments near Pune. Over the years, I have been closely associated with the planning, development, marketing, and execution of industrial infrastructure projects, contributing to the growth and positioning of Khed City as a preferred destination for manufacturing and engineering companies.My journey at Khed City has given me deep, hands-on exposure to industrial land development, client acquisition, project coordination, stakeholder management, and large-scale infrastructure planning. I have worked with a wide range of domestic and multinational clients, supporting them from initial site evaluation and commercial discussions through to land allotment and project execution.Through this long-term association, I have developed a strong understanding of the Pune industrial ecosystem, regulatory frameworks, customer expectations, and the practical challenges of developing and operating large industrial parks. This experience has helped me build credibility with customers, consultants, and partners, and enabled me to contribute meaningfully to Khed City’s growth story.This reflects not just experience, but a deep commitment to building sustainable industrial infrastructure and creating long-term value for both the organization and its customers.
