Working as an M&A Advisor for Generational Equity ( Top Investment Banking & M&A firm in US serving the Small and Mid-Market clients in the mid-west region). My role and responsibilities include: a) Participate in the Valuation Committee meetings with the Clients and understanding Client business and finding out intrinsic value of the company. b) Provide feedback and guidance to Valuation Associates to find the true value of the company c) Work with the clients to do due-diligence and explaining the marketing process d) Marketing the Sell-Side deals to potential Investors, Strategic Buyers, PE funds etc e) Collecting NDAs from potential buyers, qualifying them, distributing Offering documents etc. f) Facilitating and participating in data room access, company visits, Buyer Due-Diligence visits etc. g) Facilitating and participating in Seller-Negotiations and guide Sellers on the negotiation process. h) Facilitating, participating and helping Sellers in Deal Closing process
