Plan and manage the budgets for Facilities in coordination with Client.Ensure for smooth operations of all FM services (Janitorial, M&E, Workspace management, café operations, Helpdesk, soft services pertaining to the facility. Highlight if any issues/challenges to Client and take support for necessary remedial actions.Responsible for development of all maintenance related schedules and shutdowns in consultation with Client / OEMsPeriodically inspect the logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for better management of systems & processes.Coordination with Building landlord for any infrastructure related support, energy bills etc.Management of service partner staff responsible for overall upkeep of the facilities including for reception area and other common areas, common toilets in most hygienic condition; Management of all M&E support staffsPerform periodic walkthroughs of building cleanliness and take corrective actions.Oversight of Housekeeping services, Pest Control, Indoor plants, Security services, food vendors, AMC\'s, M&E vendors, and other third-party vendors engaged through client.Train and upgrade skills of team members in housekeeping and M&E and measure effectiveness of these training courses for future corrective actions.Adherence to the KPI.Vendor service partner management and third-party vendor management & coordination.Monthly measurement of achievement of Key Performance Indicators and preparation of monthly reports on or before agreed date every month.Overseeing technical operation and ensuring PPM is conducted as per the schedule.Co-ordination with OEM/AMC vendor for any breakdown and maintenance calls, ensure escalation matrix is followed religiously.Timely management reporting with respective stakeholders and operation manager.Effective inventory management & control.Energy management & tracking in coordination with building maintenance support team.
