Achieved a 70% reduction in procurement cycle time at NYCHA by defining the process in OracleiProcurement, establishing an item catalog of services, and integrating it with the Oracle blanket releases. Delivered $600K in annual savings for NYCHA by leading a project to deliver debit cards to leased housing landlords utilizing Oracle E-Business and Seibel CRM applications.
