At Grant Thornton, he led the team on financial due diligence, fundraising, and valuation projects for marquee PE / VC firms and corporates.At Yahoo, as a Finance Director, he successfully implemented financial systems and processes, strengthened the tax & regulatory compliance, improved financial controls, and successfully led legal entity structuring (M&A and spin-off).
