Prasad Aswale is a core contributor to PSA BDP’s Digital team, playing a pivotal role over the past two years in the development and scaling of key digital solutions encompassing various logistics processes and touchpoints. His work has been instrumental in driving digital transformation within PSA BDP’s digital portfolio. Majorly responsible for PSA BDPs core live visibility platform, Prasad has also been instrumental in creating solutions touching other aspects of Supply Chain.Prasad was a part Supply Chain Development Team for Maersk. As a part of his job he takes care of Sales, Value Proposition Design, and Solutions Pitch for the Maersk Products like SCM, 4PL, Ocean Consolidation, Port Rationalization, Intermodal Services Offering, Warehousing and Distribution Offering, E-Commerce, Cold Chain etc. Prasad\'s major responsibility is to expand Maersk\'s share of wallet across the Key Clients with a specific focus on Scandinavia and Eastern European Countries.Before this Prasad had been a part of Supply Chain Solutions in Expeditors International and Supply Chain and Operations Excellence Consultant with Wipro Consulting Services. Prasad was a student at PGDIE (Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering) student at the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai. He did his summer internship with PepsiCo India where he worked with Foods Division (FritoLay) for improving dispatch efficiencies from Warehouses. Because of the effort put forth, he received an award as appreciation from PepsiCo.At NITIE, he was the Coordinator of the Alumni Committee. He was responsible for Strengthening the Alumni Connect, for which he took over many new initiatives like weekly or fortnightly lecture series, organizing RAMs, etc, and has played an instrumental role in managing SANSMARAN; the Annual Alumni Meets of NITIE; for the year 2013 and 2014. Apart from this, he has a significant contribution in managing the Hospitality for Avartan 2013 (Annual Festival of NITIE).Prior to his MBA, he completed his engineering from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology(SGGSIE & T), Nanded in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
