I’m a final-year BBA.LL.B.(Hons.), student at Symbiosis Law School, Noida (SIU), with a keen interest in corporate law and its evolving role in shaping businesses. Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to intern with diverse organizations like ABP Network, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Tata Group, Fox Mandal & Co, JHALSA, and Nayyar Associates. These experiences helped me develop hands-on exposure in areas such as legal research, drafting contracts, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. I’m particularly drawn to M&A, SEBI regulations, and intellectual property law, and I enjoy working at the intersection of law, business, and policy. Whether it’s understanding complex statutes or contributing to contract negotiations, I thrive in fast-paced environments that require both legal expertise and strategic thinking. I’m now actively looking to work with in-house legal teams where I can build on my skills and contribute meaningfully to legal decision-making.
