About Prarthana Sen
I am passionate about building sustainable communities and events in the music, arts and culture spaces. My background in academic and market research contributes to my detail-oriented approach to projects and initiatives, and I have worked at the intersection of events, processes, and emerging technology for a decade. I currently run Neon Culture, a pioneering music industry development hub in India and its flagship Deccan Alternative Music Conference. I also teach Media and Entertainment Business to the next generation of music professionals at the Future School of Performing Arts, and am a founding member of Music Tech India which is an association dedicated to the development, incubation and growth of the music tech ecosystem in India.
