People and content both hold immense potential in shaping the success of any organization in a world where authentic, engaging content rules and every brand is striving to find that elusive balance between story-selling and storytelling. Besides managing functions related to content development, branding and amplification, copywriting, SEO and social media branding, I am also interested in the HR sub-domains of employee engagement, employer branding and internal communications while engaging in ideations to develop methods for delivering happiness at work.My academic background in Psychology forms a strong part of who I am and often helps me focus on the human nuances of finding a balance between the business and the people perspectives.Other than words (and other forms of content) and people management, I am passionate about social welfare interventions for children, music, theatre, and art.
