Hi, I’m Prarthana, a graduate student in Information Systems at Northeastern University. With experience in data analytics and engineering, I’m passionate about turning complex datasets into meaningful insights through tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Python. My background includes hands-on roles such as a Custom Software Engineering Analyst at Accenture, where I streamlined claims processes and resolved data discrepancies in insurance claims. I’ve also led data integration projects and developed dimensional data models for impactful dashboards, as seen in my recent food inspection data standardization project. I enjoy building dashboards, performing root cause analysis, and applying data-driven strategies to solve intricate challenges. I’m actively seeking full time job opportunities in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence where I can leverage my skills to create data-driven value.    Built ETL pipelines using Mulesoft to support the migration from Blackbaud CRM to Salesforce CRM, designing data transformation strategies for accurate mapping and integration of constituent, relationship, and account data • Cleaned and standardized large datasets in Maven and HubSpot, eliminating 14,560 duplicate constituent records, cleaning duplicate addresses, removing 100+ duplicate emails, updating 982 deceased records, and reconciling merged records between DSI and Marketing • Developed automated data quality checks and validation scripts, applying SQL and Python to detect anomalies (e.g, incomplete phone numbers, address abbreviations, special characters, title codes), ensuring accuracy across records • Leveraged Snowflake as a central data warehouse, built Tableau dashboards to track data quality trends, donor engagement metrics, and campaign performance across fundraising and marketing teams
