I am a fundraising, campaigns advocacy and impact, and strategy development professional with over eleven years of experience in running digital impact campaigns, data analytics, partner management, grant writing, donor management and building organisation strategy in the nonprofit sector.As an independent consultant, I have just transitioned out of my role as COO at Fearless Foundation for the Arts, a South Asia-based public arts project that creates space to move from fear to love using participative public art. Over the last twelve years, Fearless has worked in over 23 countries, co-creating over 78 murals, carving out public depictions of women and their significance in societies around the world. Prior to this, I wrapped up a five years stint at Change.org. I served as the Global Email Lead and the Revenue and Engagement Manager for India, working towards helping millions of users know more about our campaigns while growing and deepening their engagement on Change.org, and focussing on furthering sustainability of the platform. I started my time in the impact space with BitGiving, where I grew into the role of the COO and Head of Campaigns. BitGiving was India\'s leading online crowdfunding platform which helps raise funds online for various projects. Spearheaded the Campaign vertical for the company and was instrumental in conceptualising & designing campaign strategies. As a part of the core team at BitGiving, I also managed all business operations. Passionate about social enterprises and creating sustainable business models, I have a keen interest in creating fundraising strategies for not-for-profits. In my free time, you can often find me reading, or experimenting with acrylic paints on a canvas, and curating art-based workshops for storytelling and team building.
