Working in the computer security domain since 2009, I have built deep expertise in areas of Network, Cloud, Endpoint and Content Security. I have an active CCIE in Security (#29096). I have the ability to single-handedly manage critical customer escalations using technical and evidence based troubleshooting skills to drive positive customer outcomes. I am an expert at problem solving being able to break down complex situations into achievable outcomes by driving a cross functional team. I am adept at communicating the message across depending on the audience - be it an executive, an engineer, a product developer, account manager, etc. Most recently, my journey has been marked by spearheading AI integration to revolutionize customer experiences, evidenced by the automation of customer engagements and a surge in satisfaction scores. The advancements I\'ve pioneered in AI-driven operations have not only bolstered customer satisfaction but also enhanced our team\'s efficiency, showcasing my knack for marrying innovative technologies with practical business applications.I have passion for eliminating repetitive effort using automation and have proven results in this area. Driving large teams of diverse, cross functional backgrounds towards a common goal is a key skill that I possess. I feel energized by nurturing talent not just within my own team but across the industry having mentored dozens of professionals and students over the past decade.
