I am an enterprise legal and governance leader operating at the intersection of strategy, risk, and cross-border transformation across India, South Asia and Africa.Over the past two decades, I have advised high-growth manufacturing, automotive and technology-driven businesses across EMEA, APAC and the US, working closely with Boards and Executive Committees on regulatory strategy, complex litigation, government negotiations, restructuring and M&A.Currently, I lead legal, governance, compliance and IP across multiple jurisdictions and five manufacturing plants. My role extends beyond legal stewardship to enabling commercial growth while protecting enterprise value in highly regulated and competitive markets.Key enterprise outcomes include:• Landmark competition law victory protecting ~INR crore in potential exposure• Strategic anti-dumping success before DGTR• Cross-border M&A and regional expansion across South Asia & Africa• Litigation re-strategisation reducing long-term risk and liability footprintPreviously at Nissan Motor Corporation, I led India and AMIO legal operations during a global restructuring phase, contributing to:• USD 600M+ restructuring impact• USD 700M+ government incentive negotiations• USD 250M+ dispute closure with State and Central governments• Industry-first six-year labour settlement• Zero-liability outcomes across major dealer arbitrationsI have also served at Nissan Global Headquarters (Yokohama), advising on global technology contracting, connected vehicles and digital transformation initiatives.Beyond execution, I am deeply interested in governance evolution, enterprise resilience and building legal functions that act as strategic business partners rather than control centres.
