I am an enterprise legal and governance leader operating at the intersection of strategy, risk, and cross-border transformation across India, South Asia and Africa.Over the past two decades, I have advised high-growth manufacturing, automotive and technology-driven businesses across EMEA, APAC and the US, working closely with Boards and Executive Committees on regulatory strategy, complex litigation, government negotiations, restructuring and M&A.Currently, I lead legal, governance, compliance and IP across multiple jurisdictions and five manufacturing plants.
