My role involves enhancing operational risk governance, strengthening control environments, and leveraging automation to improve risk oversight across client service platforms.Prior to this, I served as Manager – Risk & Compliance at ICICI Bank, where I worked on regulatory compliance and risk management across digital banking channels. I was involved in initiatives related to digital payments, customer acquisition journeys, and strategic partnerships while ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks issued by the Reserve Bank of India and National Payments Corporation of India.My background combines engineering, financial risk management, and regulatory compliance, which allows me to approach financial systems with both analytical rigor and practical implementation thinking.I am particularly interested in the future of AI-driven compliance, regulatory technology (RegTech), and automation in risk management, and how these innovations can transform governance frameworks within global financial institutions.I believe the next generation of financial services will be defined not just by innovation, but by the ability to build secure, compliant, and resilient systems at scale.
