In this role, he supports customers in charting out their Digital Workplace modernisation roadmap leveraging GenAI and Agentic AI framework.Prior to this role, Pranshuman has led the Global Digital Workplace for Kyndryl Collaborative centres based out of India across the various quadrants of End User Services (Service Desk and Desk side support) as well as Managed Mobility Services (Device Management, Collaboration, Virtualisation & Modernisation etc.)In the years spent before supporting Kyndryl Global Digital Workplace Practice, Pranshuman has been in the roles of Customer Partner and Senior Delivery Partner across complex IBM Global Technology Services deals, assigned overseas at locations across Europe and Americas. He’s a Kyndryl certified Experienced Delivery Partner and Customer Partner. Additionally, he’s a Master Black Belt and Certified Lead Auditor, having led Service Quality.
