Assisted in achieving approx. 40% energy savings using efficient design and selection of low-energy mechanical systems. Achieved store EUI of 65.5 kBtu/sq ft/yr against ASHRAE 90•••13 Baseline (climate zone 1A) of 108.8 kBtu/sq ft/yr. Performed embodied carbon calculation using LCA—HVAC duct material selection for further decision-making for sustainability objectives consideration. Whole Life Carbon analysis and proposed a Hempcrete interior wall cladding product as a nature-based solution for passive carbon sequestration and enhanced thermal insulation.
