   I am currently heading the HR Function at Qualitrix Technologies. My key areas of work include 1) Partnering with the business on strategic HR decisions intended to drive growth and performance. The company has grown 5x time since I have joined. 2) Managing talent attraction, retention and development. I have introduced systems and processes related to performance management, 360 degree feedback, learning and development and mentoring. 3) Implementing attractive compensation and benefits policies in the organization. I have implemented policies and structures related to variable pay, sales commissions, long term incentivization, rewards and recognition programs as well as employee welfare policies such as insurance and advances. 4) HR MIS and Analytics - I have implemented an end-to-end MIS to support the employee lifecycle, and dashboards to drive data based decision making. 5) Employee Relations,Compliance & Payroll- I support the business managing critical conversations with team members and leaders to create a productive environment for the organization. I also partner with vendors to file the relevant HR Compliances and ensure payroll is processed accurately. 6) Employee Engagement : Supporting the business with creating an employee engagement calendar intended to mix fun with learning and improve connections while teams are working remotely. 7) Change Management: Partner with BU Leaders to support key organization change management and roll out policy and process changes as necessary.
