About Pranav Bhardwaj
I remember the first time I realized content could behave like a product. It was early 2022, and I\'d just joined SportsCafe. We had a few hundred people watching our content each day. The numbers were small. Some pieces would disappear into the void. Others would travel for weeks, pulling people back, starting conversations, creating little pockets of community. I became obsessed with understanding why.So I stopped looking at dashboards and started looking at people. How a cricket fan in Jaipur responded to a Kohli dismissal with disbelief, while a fan in Kolkata responded with frustration. How a late-night Premier League goal quietly moved through football WhatsApp groups before sunrise. Emotion moved faster than information, and if we understood the emotional window, we could shape how the story traveled. That curiosity became a system. Over the next year, we built a distribution network that brought in million visits at ₹X per user without paid advertising. We produced over pieces of content that generated 1.2 billion views and reached nearly ten percent of India.Instagram grew from 1,600 to more than followers. Facebook crossed A European football page scaled to They want someone to name what they are already feeling. Daily views rose from about 500 to over 15 million, with engagement peaking at 19.43 percent. Today, the network does more than 100 million plus monthly views, compounding consistently week over week. Before SportsCafe, I worked at Wiztrah with brands like Sheraton, BramhaCorp, and Lulu Group. At Lulu, I led campaigns that brought in measurable footfall growth and ran their first Bangalore mega sale, which generated more than 3.2 million social interactions. In 2024, I led an eight-member GrowthX team that mapped a growth plan for Licious, identifying a path from ₹850 crore to ₹1,200 crore through improvements in onboarding, retention, and discovery. In early 2025, I started Saturday Rituals, a weekly publication exploring how sport shapes identity and culture. We are 24 stories in, with 1,635+ readers and a 43% open rate.I have also worked independently with the Rajasthan Royals on a partnership-led growth model that projected a 33 percent uplift in value worth more than 10 million dollars.Across all of this, the lesson has been consistent. Attention can be acquired, but loyalty must be earned. Systems create sustainability. Stories create belonging. If your work is about making people feel something that stays with them, we should t••••••••@zohomail.in
